At Elle's Candle Co, each candle is hand-poured with love and intention. Because of the personal and handmade nature of my products, all sales are final. 

Your satisfaction and energy is important to me and I care deeply. If your items are damaged or incorrect please let me know within 48 hours  delivery with your order number and a photo with the issue, you can email photo to elleocreates@gmail.com. I would be more than happy to make it right with a replacement or credit for your next order. 

I do not accept any returns or exchanges. Please read product descriptions carefully and if you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out to me before placing an order. I am here to help you choose the candle that speaks to you.
